A bit about working with us
We are a small, driven team always looking for ways to innovate and stay ahead in the fast moving world of online development and marketing. We are conveniently based in Central London (Silicon Soho to be exact) and are creating an environment for people to grow and learn quickly. We like to work with people who enjoy making their ideas happen, and seeing the results - something which happens frequently in a small team like ours. All this whilst working with London's top agencies and some the world's biggest brands.
Symfony Web Developer - Full Time
We are looking for a young enthusiastic PHP Developer to join our team and work on exciting new projects using modern technologies. If you are happiest when you are solving problems and rolling out usable web applications and would like to be part of a team where your input counts then this could be the role for you.
Requirements:- You prefer linux over windows
- You eat object oriented PHP5 for breakfast
- You know how to design lean, mean relational MySQL databases
- You have tons of javascript tricks up your sleeve
- You can knock up some bash scripts to make life easier
- You must live near central london as we use our chopper for meetings only
- You must must must be able to work independently as we are a small busy team
- You love improving your knowledge and challenging your peers
- Oh, and of course you must hate any project that doesn't begin with ./symfony generate:project
- You have recently worked with the Facebook API and don't mind keeping up with it's developments.
- You write unit tests for your code
- You can check stuff in and out of subversion and/or Git

Marketing/PR Manager - Full Time (Part time possible)
We are looking for someone who can increase our exposure on the web and actively liaise with current and research new clients. The position is currently open for part time with the possibility of full time within the first few months. Would suit someone looking for placement in the online marketing sector.
Requirements:- You must be up to date with the latest hypes online
- You must be up-to-date with how brands are using Twitter and Facebook to engage
- You must be familiar with online marketing tools such as Facebook ads, banners, adwords etc
- You must be able to correspond clearly and confidently in english over e-mail and on the phone
- If part time, you must be able to work at least 3 days a week
- You have worked in creative and media agencies
- You are "linked-in" in the web world
- You speak another language
- You have some event management skills

Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a developer who also enjoys working with people, communicating with and meeting clients
Requirements:- You have at least 3 years commercial programming experience in PHP
- Are a keen problem solver, even without writing any code
- Ability, or desire to manage other developers
- Good communication skills and translate technical details delivered by programmers to simpler versions for clients
- Enjoy getting your hands dirty regularly and keeping your programming skills at a top notch level
